Every Hunt Is An Adenture
We provide everything you need to make the most of your hunting expedition, including accommodations, food, transportation to and from the hunting area and hunting tags.
Bear Hunting
Our spring bear hunts are held from mid-May to mid-June with 100% shot opportunities. You can expect to see many bears and more then likely some colour phase bears as well. A trophy bear in our area is considered 300 - 500 lbs.
We conduct both baited and Spot & Stalk hunts. These hunts are ideal for both the bow hunter and the rifle enthusiast. The baited hunts have a high success rate and allow a hunter a good chance to assess the bears and decide on fur quality and size. The Spot & Stalk hunts give hunters a chance to hunt bears in areas with very little pressure, allowing the bears to grow big and old.
Floating the Athabasca River for spring bears is another one of our favourite hunts. Fraser Brothers Outfitting owns bear tags on both sides of the river in their respective Wildlife Management Units.
The days are long this time of year, so we also love to fit in some fishing during bear hunts when we can.
