Accommodations and Meals

Accommodations are on our home property, located riverside along the Athabasca River, about 40 minutes from Slave Lake, Alberta. Every hunter gets their own private room in our heated sleeper unit. Delicious and filling home cooked meals are provided each day and there is convenient access to a hot shower, wifi and a comfortable lounge area located in our heated shop. Gratuities for meals and accomodation are not included in the priceing quoted below.

What To Expect When Booking

All hunts include: accommodation, meals, transportation throughout the hunt, a guide for the entirety of your hunt, license and tag costs, and the handling of game.

What is NOT included: personal effects, sleeping bag and pillow, alcohol, gratuities (for the cook), butchering, shipping and crating of your game, taxidermy (if desired), airfare, and transportation/accommodations/meals before or after the scheduled hunt.

The requirements to hunt with Fraser Brothers Outfitting include:

Entry Into Canada --> All non-Canadians must have a valid passport. You must comply with Canadian Immigration rules and regulations regarding coming into and leaving Canada. Before booking and paying your non-refundable deposit, please be sure you will be granted entry to cross the border.

Firearms Declaration Form --> You will need to register your firearm with Canada Customs when you arrive at the border. To speed up this process, you will need to complete a firearms declaration form (in triplicate). We recommend downloading the form in advance by clicking HERE.

Wildlife Identification Number (WIN) --> WIN is required to purchase hunting and sportfishing licenses in Alberta. Be sure to leave yourself enough time to received your card before your scheduled hunt. Click HERE to purchase a WIN card.

Please also remember:

All prices quoted below are per hunter, include a 5% sales tax and are quoted in USD.
A 50% non-refundable deposit per hunter is required at the time of booking.
The balance owing after your non-refundable is due upon arrival and must be made in cash, certified cheque or money order.
Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
